If you’re into cocktails and spirits as I am, you would have heard of World Gin Day and International Whisky Day. But what about gardening holidays? This Gardening Holidays Calendar lists month by month, common gardening and environmental holidays.
Whether it’s vegetables, herbs or flowers, there’s always a reason to celebrate in the garden. Some of these holidays and particularly the dates apply more to the Northern Hemisphere but there’s no reason not to celebrate with the gardening community on the other side of the equator. Here is it, a month by month Gardening Holidays Calendar.
NOTE: ** This calendar is work in progress. If we’ve left anything out, please feel free to let us know and we’ll add it.
