Long before I started my edible garden, I was developing garden-inspired cocktails and publishing the recipes on my work website Cocktails & Bars. Once I started growing my own edibles, I pushed the cocktail boundaries further using my garden-grown botanicals whether it’s vegetables, fruit, flowers or Australian native plants.

There’s so much pleasure to be derived from drinking what you grow, be it a floral, fruity or savoury cocktail from the garden or a non-alcoholic beverage that is refreshing and delicious at any time of the day.
