On Saturday 17 December 2022 at 3pm AEDT, I’ll be presenting a masterclass / digital workshop on ‘How to Use Your Edible Garden Botanicals in Cocktails’ for Grow It Local.

Digital Workshop: How to Use Your Edible Garden Botanicals in Cocktails

Join Corinne Mossati, Drinks Writer and Founder of The Gourmantic Garden in this garden-to-glass workshop and learn how to use your edible garden botanicals in delicious cocktails and botanical beverages. Start by building a flavour trail and discover ways of transforming your herbs, fruit, vegetables, flowers and Australian natives into botanical cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. The session includes demonstrations (this is TBC) and full recipes.
